Food cold chain monitoring data loggers for logistics of food.

From processing over warehousing and transportation to retail and hospitality, monitoring the cold chain is critical at every station in the food cycle. In addition, there are legal regulations for which the observance and documentation of certain temperatures are mandatory. These include, for example, the HACCP regulation as well as numerous environmental, health and safety regulations.
